Brian Richard McDowell, originally from Philadelphia, PA moved to North Wildwood in January 1999. He attended the South Jersey Professional School of Business and recieved a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson's License. Brian joined Don Martin Realty in February 1999 and was Don Martin's top producer from 1999-2001. After spending 3 years with Don Martin, Brian opted to pursue his own real estate company, Brian completed the necessary Broker's course and Shamrock McDowell Realty was started in 2002.
